1. 🕒 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. 🚛 Shipping Times and Costs

Mainland Portugal and Spain (Peninsula)

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–12 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over €50

Azores and Madeira

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–20 business days, depending on the destination

Rest of the European Union (mainland areas)

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–15 business days
  • Free shipping within the EU on orders over €50

3. 🌍 Shipments Outside the European Union

Our business activity is focused on shipments within the European Union.

If orders outside the EU are accepted, all taxes, customs duties, and VAT at the destination will be the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with applicable laws.

4. ⏳ Responsibilities and Rights

Deliveries must be completed within a maximum period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. If this period is not met, you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund.

We are responsible for any damage or incidents that occur during transport and will provide repair, replacement, or reimbursement in accordance with consumer protection laws.

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, returning the product in the same condition in which it was received.
